Green Chile Pork Tacos

Ingredients

3 lbs pork shoulder ribs also called 24 taco size flour tortillas
western ribs 2 Tbl veg. oil

1 large bottle green chile salsa Herdez is 8 oz shredded jack cheese
great 1/4 cup chopped cilantor leaves



Cooking Instructions

heat oil slillet til hot salt an pepper pork pieces brown on all sides in hot oil..... turn
heat down to low.... add green chile sauce....cover....cook over low heat...turn every 15
minutes....cook for one hour or until meat falls easy off bones....shred meat off bones
with a fork.... let simmer another 10 minutes..... fill tortillas with pork mix....top with cheese and cilantro... or just eat it with a spoon like my dad does from the skillet haha

Herdez also comes in little cans, La Victoria is a good green chile salsa too.... NOT

1/2 cup chopped cilantro leaves
